Delete your Dealio account

You can delete your Dealio account and all its data whenever you like.

How to ask

1. Email soporte@dealioapp.esfrom the address you signed up with, so we know the account is yours.
2. Use the subject "Delete my Dealio account". There's no need to explain anything else.
3. We'll confirm by email once it's deleted.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email and password.
• The products you track, with your target prices, notes and categories.
• Your alert history and notification preferences.
• Your devices' notification identifiers.

We erase it within 30 days, including backups. We keep no data from your account afterwards.

Just want fewer alerts?

No need to delete your account: in the app, go to Profile → Notifications and turn off email alerts or push notifications.
